Is it possible to connect a local station to FX3U-16CCL-M（CC-Link master）?

Connection is not allowed. For FX3U-16CCL-M(CC-Link master) and FX5-CCL-MS (CC-Link system master/intelligent device), only remote device stations, intelligent device stations, and remote I/O stations can be connected.

Is it possible to connect two units of FX5-CCL-MS (CC-Link system master/intelligent device) to a single FX5U/FX5UC CPU module? One as a master station and one as a intelligent device station.
