To establish USB communication with a CPU module, install a USB driver.
The following describes the installation procedure.
When multiple MELSOFT applications have been installed, install a USB driver as follows.
(a) When GX Developer has been installed first
Specify “C:\MELSEC\Easysocket\USBdrivers”.
(b) When GX Works2 has been installed first
Specify “C:\Program Files\MELSOFT\EasySocket\USBDrivers”.
(c) When the “USBDrivers” folder does not exist in the above folders (a) and (b)
Search for the “USBDrivers” folder in File Explorer and check the location of the folder.
