Melsec-iQ-F High-Speed IO – Some pointers on the Enabling and Utilization

Herewith a non-exhaustive set of notes for High-speed IO enabling and Utilization using the FX5 (Melsec iQ-F) PLC series

For the initiation of the High-speed counters the following two blocks are to be in place;

ENABLE INTERUPT

HIGH-SPEED IO FUNCTION ENABLE

As for the function to move a count value from the High-speed special register (SD) to a normal D or R register – the following block is to be used.

HIGH-SPEED CURRENT VALUE TRANSFER
