KBA Downloading and Installation of GX Works PLC Programming Software
This article explains how to download and install Mitsubishi GX Works PLC programming software.
GX Works2 programs FX, L and Q series PLCs. GX Works3 programs iQ-F, iQ-L and iQ-R series, and can also install GX Works2. The software is commercial and needs a license key. A company license may cover more than one PC if policy allows.
With a license, find the product ID on an existing install, download the licensed version, and install with the key. Without a license, download the free trial, which lasts 30 or 60 days, and install it without a key.
