Introduction
There are 4 DIP switches on the back of a E1000 HMI that provide certain functions, one of which is to return the HMI to its factory default settings. This document details this process.
Design Considerations
The table below details the full list of functions offered by the 4 DIP switches on the back of a E1000 HMI.
The process for using any of the above models is as follows:
- Disconnect the power form the HMI
- Set the mode switches
- Reconnect power to the HMI
To carry out a reset to factory defaults set DIP switch 3 in the process above and follow any on-screen instructions.
