Overview
The AL.37 error on Melservo amplifiers is quite common and needs to be resolved correctly before operation can be resumed.
AL.37 indicates a parameter error in the Mitsubishi MR-J3 servo amplifier. It triggers when a parameter is set outside its valid range, there’s a mismatch in parameter combinations, or settings don’t align with the hardware (e.g., wrong regenerative option or incompatible servo motor/amplifier pairing). This alarm is not stored in the history and can be cleared by resetting the alarm, CPU reset, or power cycling after corrections.
