Overview
Modbus RTU serial communication on the Mitsubishi iQ-F FX5 PLC enables master/slave operations over RS-485/RS-232C. Setup involves hardware wiring, parameter configuration in GX Works3, and optional programming (e.g., using ADPRW instruction for master).
The FX5 supports up to 4 channels.
For this particular KBA, we will be focusing on the built-in Modbus RTU serial communication port.
