Method 1: PU (Programming unit) Operating Panel device.
Limitations with this method: The inverter drives are required to be of the same model range. The parameter sets cannot be inter-transferred from different VSD models (and ranges) via the PU unit.
Part 1: Transfer Parameters from the VSD to the PU.
Here the parameters are being read from the inverter to the PU unit for parameter transfer purposes.
Part 2: Transfer Parameters from the PU to the VSD.
Here the parameters are being written from the PU unit to second inverter for parameter transfer purposes.
Part 3: Parameterization Verification between the VSD inverter and PU unit.
Method 2: USB Flashdrive (Memory Stick) device.
Limitations with this method: The inverter drives are required to be of the same model range. The parameter sets cannot be inter-transferred from different VSD models (and ranges) via the USB Flashdrive.
Part 1: Transfer Parameters from the VSD to the USB Drive.
Here the parameters are being read from the inverter to the USB Drive for parameter transfer purposes.
Part 2: Transfer Parameters from the USB Drive to the VSD.
Here the parameters are being written from the USB Drive to second inverter for parameter transfer purposes.
